Eproval 4.15 Release Notes

Release Dates: January 30 – February 10, 2022

Significant New Features

Two-phase applications.
This involves the intake of an initial application (phase 1) that collects basic event information, usually for the purpose of reserving a park or venue for a specific date. Once the administrator accepts the initial application, the all data from that application is automatically copied into the full special event application (phase 2).

Customize all status labels.
This allows a city to change the name of any application or reviewer status.

Assign reviewers and administrators to workflow based on answers on any application step.
This allows for setting up administrators and reviewers to review applications based on the answers for dropdowns and radio buttons on any step in the application.

Application amendments.
This feature allows reviewers and administrators to re-open a step to the applicant once the application has reached the review phase instead of opening the entire application to the applicant. Once the applicant has amended and submitted the step, the reviewer will be notified to continue the review.

Calendar setup and takedown dates.
The calendar now tracks the setup and takedown dates in
addition to the event dates. This is called Permit dates and is an optional filter that can be added to
any calendar.
