Eric Cormier

As a professional services and sales leader in enterprise software companies like Cognos, IBM, HP Software and Gartner, Jonathan has supported State and Local government customers for the past two decades.
A national cycling champion, he realized early in life what it takes to reach the highest level in sport both from an individual and team building perspective.
He continues this journey in building a world class team at Eproval with a goal of empowering clients to innovate and modernize processes and customer experiences.
Jonathan holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of New Brunswick.
Carolyn Wormser
Chief Innovation Officer
Prior to joining Eproval, Carolyn served as the Director of Special Events and Filming for the City of San Diego for nearly 30 years, overseeing some of the nation’s largest and most complex public events, as well as thousands of community events that brought neighborhoods together and contributed to the city’s cultural and economic vibrancy.
For the past 25 years, Carolyn has also been an instructor with the Special Events Safety Seminar Series, sharing her expertise with public safety officials and event professionals on best practices in event management, permitting, and public safety. Her depth of experience and commitment to advancing best practices have made her a trusted resource for industry professionals.
Rene Michaely
Director of Technology
He is also the chief product strategist of Eproval, leaning on his experience in a variety of roles over the past 20 years in the web development industry. This broad experience enables Rene to have a deep understanding of all aspects of web-based development and how they relate to the company vision and goals.
Rene is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a degree in Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

Eric has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Eproval since April, 2023. He leads financial and management reporting for the organization, along with managing all accounting and tax compliance tasks.
Most frequently in the role of a Fractional CFO, Eric has helped over 55 early stage technology companies in the Vancouver area over his career, exposing him to a wide range of startup problems and exit situations.
Eric has an MBA from Queen’s University (Kingston), and was a CPA for over 37 years before voluntarily resigning in 2021. Eric particularly enjoys sharing his financial knowledge and experience with tech startup founders and their teams who are leveraging technology to make the world a better place.
When he is taking a break from the world of finance, Eric enjoys a wide range of activities including sailing, acoustic guitar, volunteer work, many different sporting activities, and spending time with family and friends in the great outdoors.
Les Jickling
Chief Marketing Officer
Les holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and in his spare time remains active in the community with various athletic pursuits and service organizations.
Robert Orr
Advisor
Before his executive roles in the industry, Robert was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), providing complex financial advisory services that included fairness opinions, valuations, due diligence and buy/sell side advice to private/public companies and the public sector. Robert was also the HR partner for PwC’s Advisory practice in BC and worked as a tax advisor with Deloitte for the first half of his professional career.
Roger Kuypers
Advisor
Roger is the regional Chair of Fasken’s Biotechnology and Life Sciences Practice group. His clients include biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical companies and health authorities. As well, Roger leads the Trade-marks Prosecution Group in the Vancouver office and assists clients with copyright and patent assignments.
