Summary
Aggregate Report
This on-demand report summarizes critical details about upcoming events in a convenient calendar format. The report can be configured for multiple use cases including the ability to highlight distinct elements of upcoming events, such as whether alcohol or road closures are involved, and the statuses for a specific report can be tailored to meet specific needs. The report is exportable in Excel format, facilitating seamless sharing with relevant stakeholders for better collaboration and planning.

- Created Aggregate Report.
- Added ability for Reviewers to access Sales Reports. Access is managed by the Administrator in the Roles admin tool.
- Added ability for the Administrator to view and manage departments with Role Administrator workflow in the Roles admin tool.
- Added ability for the Administrator to view and manage Role Administrator workflow users in the Roles admin tool including the requirement of at least one active Role Administrator user.
- Added ability for the Administrator to unlock a user in the Users admin tool.
- Added ability for the Administrator for SSO clients to track and manage external users.
Improvements
- Improved Settings Configuration tool so all categories are displayed on the page instead of accessing categories via category dropdown.
- Improved design of the roles section of the Users admin tool.
- Added ability for external users of SSO clients to update and reset their passwords.
- Added ability for the Administrator to reset passwords for external users of SSO clients.
- Accessibility improvements for Reviewers.
- Adjusted all comment forms to reject html tags due to security concerns.
- Adjusted content in permit generator so that line breaks are better represented in permit.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed permit generator and custom reports so line breaks in application fields are accurately displayed as line breaks in the permit and report.
- Closed status option was missing from the Edit Category Settings config tool.
- Application type dropdown on several pages had duplicated options for admin users set up with multiple roles.
- Calendar records for multi-day events might not be updated in admin calendar.
- Incorrect application types were displayed on applications page for reviewers assigned to multiple roles.
- Steps & Workflow configuration tool was not defaulting to application category whose requirements content was just edited.
- Scheduled email notifications for departments that are set up with administrator workflow where reviewers not completing their review of any step were incorrectly sent certain email reminders.
- Custom status names were not being displayed on reviewer dashboard.
