Eproval 4.19 Release Notes
Release Dates: Nov 01 – 11, 2024
Key Highlights
Security Improvements.
Several security improvements have been completed and included with this release. Some improvements are focussed on email systems and others are focussed on password changes and resets.
Multi-factor Authentication.
This is a security improvement that will require users to verify their identity through an additional method (besides a password) where they will need to enter a code that will be sent to their email. This second form of authentication will help prevent unauthorized account access if the user’s password has been compromised. Client’s will be able to choose when to enable this feature.
Application Report Rebuild.
The application report allows a client to view and download application data. For some clients, the quantity of application data has resulted in performance issues and we have rebuilt the report from the ground up to eliminate these issues. The new application report will be released as a beta feature alongside the existing application report.
