Issuing an event permit should not be

A MAJOR EVENT

Making event permit approvals easy for everyone

Articles

It’s summer north of the equator, which means it’s event season! Event Offices around North America are busy reviewing and issuing event permits to hundreds and thousands of events.

In most communities, event organizers are required to apply for a special event permit especially if their event is on public land. It’s also common for municipalities to involve multiple agencies in the approval of permit applications. This may include the local fire department, police department, regional liquor licensing office, and health and safety authorities.

This is where Eproval makes everyone’s job infinitely easier. Approvers can access applications through the Event Approval online dashboard, 24/7 from any device. All of their comments are centrally stored for the applicant and the Event Office to review. Comments are archived so that if the same event applies for another permit, there is a record of past permit applications and approver comments.

Our robust and automated Event Approvals solution is making the pre-summer application rush easier for applicants, approvers and municipal Event Offices.
