Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 8th, 2025

Eproval is committed to making our web application and digital services accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We strive to follow best practices for usability and inclusive design so that everyone can access the information and services we provide.

Our Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the Eproval web application. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.

In addition, our accessibility efforts are informed by key regional compliance frameworks, including:

  • Canada: Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and related provincial accessibility legislation
  • United States: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
  • Other regions: We monitor and align with regional accessibility requirements, such as the European Union’s Web Accessibility Directive and EN 301 549 standards

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we:

  • Incorporate accessibility requirements into our design and development process.
  • Use semantic HTML, proper headings, labels, and alt text.
  • Provide sufficient color contrast and visible focus indicators.
  • Support keyboard-only navigation and logical tab order.
  • Provide captions and/or transcripts for time‑based media we publish.
  • Test with automated tools and periodic manual reviews, including with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
  • Offer accessibility training and guidance to our product and content teams.

Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technology

The Eproval web application is designed to be compatible with:

  • The latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
  • Operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Common assistive technologies, such as screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack), screen magnifiers, and speech recognition software

The application may not function optimally on browsers or operating systems that are no longer supported by their vendors.
